职位描述：
Responsibilities: 
To prepare technical proposal & cost estimation for tender projects in commercial department and performs to the highest standard
为投标项目的商业部门和执行的最高标准准备技术方案及成本估算
To assist the sales engineer or sales manager on technical matters and costing matters during the process of securing the contracts
在合约进行的过程中协助销售工程师或销售经理解决技术问题和成本问题
To attend the technical meeting with client during the tendering process 
在投标过程中参与技术会议
Requirements:
3-4 years working experience in related field, preferably marine and offshore
3-4年相关领域工作经验，海事海洋工程和船舶业为佳
Diploma or Degree in Engineering
工科类大专或本科学历
Computer literate
计算机能力良好
Have good knowledge in related industries
具有相关行业良好的知识背景
Ability to work under pressure
能承受工作压力
Travelling may be required
工作地点：上海，需要出差
